Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days
- Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days after dispatch
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Express Delivery Options
- Next working day service available for orders placed before 12pm
- Additional charges apply for expedited shipping
- Not available for made-to-order or customized items
International Delivery
- We currently ship to most European countries
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 working days)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Some larger items may have restricted delivery areas
Special Order Items
- Made-to-order furniture typically requires 4-6 weeks for production
- You will receive updates throughout the manufacturing process
- Delivery dates will be confirmed once your item is ready to ship
Delivery Notifications
- You will receive email notifications at key stages:
- When your order is received
- When your order is dispatched
- On the day of delivery
Receiving Your Delivery
- Please inspect all items upon delivery
- Note any damages on the delivery paperwork before signing
- Report any issues within 48 hours of receipt
Delivery Limitations
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes
- Someone must be available to accept the delivery
- For large items, please ensure clear access to your property
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave instructions
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
- Unclaimed items will be returned to us after 14 days
